General conditions of sale
1. Acceptance of orders
1.1 The Purchaser's order constitutes an offer to make a purchase and sale agreement. By submitting the order form, the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to these Conditions of Sale when dealing with FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa. 4. Payments

6. Right to Cancel / Change Order
6.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order you can do this within 24 hours of your purchase and before the receipt of confirmation of delivery. 7. Failure to accept orders

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.2 The right of withdrawal is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met:

- c. The product(s) must be returned within 3 days of receipt of this email. If the repayment will be made after the 3 days of receipt of the code (the valid date of dispatch), this will not be taken into account and you will not be entitled to any refund;
- d. Upon receipt of the items, FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa will proceed with checking the product(s) and any refunds;
- e. The products must not have been used, and the packaging must be present and intact;

8.3 We remind you that if the goods have been used and / or are not in perfect condition, the product will not be refunded. Full refund of the amount is possible only if the item purchased is returned in its original packaging, unused.

9. Replacing defective goods
9.1 You can request a replacement only and exclusively in cases of actual manufacturing defects found in the product purchased.
9.2 In this case, it is necessary to provide Ferno with a description of the problem, with images for documentation. These must be sent in the manner described under Right of Withdrawal.
9.3 Upon notification of the problem, FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa will reply via email to confirm if the return will be accepted, and whether the item will be replaced or refunded.
10. Refund times and methods
10.1 After returning products, FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa will carry out the necessary investigations related to compliance with the above conditions and terms set out in the section Right of Withdrawal. If the checks are concluded with a positive result, Ferno will email the related confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
10.2 Refunds will be activated from FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa as quickly as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the date of exercising the Right of Withdrawal after confirmation of correct implementation of the same and acceptance of the returned products.
10.3 If the receiver of the goods as entered in the order form differs from that of the entity who paid for them, exercising the Right of Withdrawal will cause any refund(s) to be made directly to whomever made the payment.
11. Trademark
11.1 The Intellectual Property Rights in relation to products, brands, texts, images, videos, presentations, copyright, and so on, with nothing excluded, are the complete and exclusive property of FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa.
11.2 The Customer agrees not to perform any act that in any way prejudices the rights of FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa.
11.3 In no event shall the Customer be authorised to register, use, or modify the brands of any products to be delivered.
11.4 In no event shall the Customer be authorised to use the trademarks of the products delivered for promotional activities without prior formal written consent by FERNO SRL, Pieve di Cento, Succursale di Savosa.
12. Disputes and Legal Consequences
12.1 The Customer is responsible for any legal consequences in accordance with local, or state, legislation, and applicable regulations for the use and installation of the products.
